Nairobi metro: same-day for orders placed before 1 PM — KES 1,000–1,500 depending on location. Pickup at Weru wa Tetu Building, Lower Kirinyaga Road is free.

Mombasa: 2–3 days via scheduled cargo — KES 2,500–4,000 depending on item weight.

Other counties (Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Machakos, Meru and beyond): 2–4 days via bus or cargo — KES 2,000–3,500.

Heavy items (engines, gearboxes, differentials): flat freight rate quoted per item, usually 2–5 days. We use dedicated carriers with liftgate capability.

Orders confirmed (by WhatsApp or in person) before 12 noon dispatch the same day. Later confirmations dispatch next working day.

You receive the consignment number and the cargo contact by WhatsApp the moment the item leaves our counter — track it like a mobile money transaction, not a mystery.

Engines and gearboxes are palletised and strapped; brake kits, lights and electricals are double-boxed with corner protection. We photograph heavy items before loading and you can request a photo on WhatsApp before we seal the box.

Delivery is paid with the order (M-Pesa or cash) except for freight-on-delivery arrangements we agree in advance with repeat customers. There are no surprise charges at the door — the total you confirmed on WhatsApp is the total you pay.

Inspect before signing where possible. If a part arrives damaged, take photos at delivery and WhatsApp us the same day — we reissue the part and handle the carrier claim, you should never wait on a carrier to get the part you need.
